Elliott believes in giving back to the community. There are three ways he directly gives back.
The Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada provides free legal services. Elliott volunteers as a CAP attorney. CAP attorneys represent children who have been removed from the home. He is also currently representing a client in an appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court.
Elliott volunteers for the Nevada Legal Services Corporation. They also provide pro bono legal services. Elliott answers legal questions in their Ask a Lawyer program. The Nevada Legal Services Corporation awarded Elliott the Andrew J. Puccinelli Special Recognition Award for his service.
He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Southern Nevada Center for Independent . SNCIL is a federally funded non profit. Their mission is to help members of the disabled community live independently. They teach advocacy skills and resources to help the disabled.
